My therapeutic method is called True Self Discovery Psychotherapy, which covers the meaning of self dicsovery and unforced change.
Once Self Discovery has taken place through a process of inner work, the goal is to become an authentic, consciensious and more aware individual which leads to more positive behavior and breaking the cycle of habitually negative results. You will be able to address issues involving communication with others, personality disorders, intimacy issues, parenting challenges, and spiritual experiences.
I moved to the United States in 1989 and I hold dual citizenship. I am fluent in English and Polish.
I received my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2004 from the University of Santa Monica in Santa Monica, CA. My clients have included institutes such as Dubnoff Center in North Hollywood, California, treating children, young adults/teens with special needs as a group, one-on-one perenting sessions, and individual session with the family.
I continue to support my community in spreading the positive effects psychotherapy can produce in person's life, health , and environment.
